This website has no forms. When you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the information those services share with us (profile name, number or username) and the content of your messages. No sensitive data is requested.

Purposes

• Responding to your request and following up on the conversation.
• Where relevant, sending you information about the services you asked about.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by sending your message, and on the publisher's legitimate interest in handling the requests it receives.

Retention period

Data is kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Recipients

Data is accessible only to authorised Trading House staff. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Messages pass through WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, in particular the number of clicks to WhatsApp. This pixel may set cookies and send browsing data to Meta (pages viewed, clicks on a contact button). You can opt out through your browser settings or the ad preferences of your Meta account.
